The Barnes & Noble at NMSU Bookstore & Café in Las Cruces will host three free book readings & signings for the public during the month of January in its 2nd floor northeast Living Room beginning with NMSU Professor Emerita Christine E. Eber and her title, “The Journey of a Tzotzil-Maya Woman of Chiapas, Mexico” at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19. The following Wednesday, Jan. 23, local author Anna Haman will present her work, “Everybody Loved Anna: A German Family’s Story of Confronting Social Normalcy” at 2 p.m. Then, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, RJ Mirabal, a retired, award-winning Los Lunas High School teacher, will read from his fantasy novel, “The Tower of Il Serrohe.”
